How to reserve an ad
- Reserve your ad online [by March 7] or download and complete this form
- Mail your payment (along with any hard copy forms) to PO Box 1082 Portland, OR 97207 [by March 10]
How to submit an ad file
- Email your ad file to Chris at Frisky Design [by March 14]
- File must be exact dimensions reserved
- PDF format files are preferred. We also accept AI, EPS, JPG, Tiff files. File must be 300dpi
- We are unable to accept PUB or DOC files
- We accept color ads, but the ad will print in grayscale
What if You want RCGFB to design your ad?
- Submit the exact copy (text) for ad [by 5pm March 14]
- Submit your logo or any artwork (vector or 300dpi) to be included [by 5pm March 14]
- There will be no proof and design is at the discretion of the graphic designer
What if You have a prepared ad that is not one of the standard sizes?
- Determine which of the ad sizes is closest to the desired size (this will also determine the ad fee, unless otherwise arranged)
- Your ad will be sized proportionately to the longest side of the selected size
In case of error
Neither Frisky Design nor Rose City Gay Freedom Band will be held responsible for any errors. If there is an error or omission and it is brought to the attention of our PR Team within 30 days of the concert, the ad fee will be returned.
